0. How many days are required to install a new connection?

We provide optical fiber cable connection which needs a lot of roadside work. It can take 1 to 7 Working days which fully depends on our Fiber Team Queue, road situation, permissions & related. In the case of NTTN connectivity requirements, time can be varied based on third parties availability.

1. Do you have Backup for branch offices?

Yes, All of our branch offices & pop locations have multiple Underground and Overhead optical fiber cable connectivity. we maintain 99% uptime for our Branch office and PoP.
we also have long backup IPS in every office and pop to maintain uptime in electricity load shedding.

2. My location is outside your home coverage area, can I connect my home with X-Press Technologies Ltd?

No, You can’t connect home connection. Outside our coverage area, the only corporate connection is possible. But if you require more than 10 connection at a time in the same location, you can consult with our sales team to make it possible.

3. Do you provide Minimum Bandwidth commitment?

No. We don’t offer any minimum Bandwidth for a shared connection.

4. I need a real IP (Public IP), Can I get one?

Yes, We provide on-demand fixed IPv4 Real IP (Public IP). you can purchase (MRC 200BDT) an IP address for Uttal and Unmochon packages and free Public IP starting from Ullash Package. We don’t offer any real IP (Public IP) for Udoy and Uchchol Package.
IPv6 Real IP (Public IP) is free for all packages and enabled by default. you can get it if your Router supports IPv6. For Configuration help, you can visit https://ipv6.xpress.ltd or contact our customer care.
We provide Real IP (Public IP) with your PPPoE user-id. you can’t use this IP statically on your PC or Router. Maximum 1 IP for Home. As real IP (Public IP) is very limited to us, You must need to show a valid reason for your requested IP.

5. Are you BDIX Connected?

Yes, we are directly connected with BDIX, ISPAB-NIX & Aamra-IX. IX bandwidth is open for all of our users.

6. Is the price fixed?

Yes, the Price is 100% Fixed for Home connection & SME Connection. For corporate connection feel free to contact our sales team. Just send an email to sales@xpress.ltd we will get back to you.

7. Will there be any buffering using the internet?

Buffering video can depend on many functions like distance of server, latency, content size, content formate, website capacity, speed, and so many other things. In a normal case, you will not find any buffering to watch videos from Youtube and Netflix, and with a dedicated connection, you’ll be facing less buffering than a shared connection.

8. How many devices can work using your bandwidth?

It depends on which Router you use. Bandwidth will be shared according to user device quantity.

9. Can you give us lowest ping and latency time for my game.

Gaming ping and latency can vary based on route management. We can try to give you the best available route but as there is a third party connected, we can not ensure availability for all games. If needed you can give us your gaming server IP, we can check and reply to you with ping and latency for your server.

10. Why the price of OTC, MRC is so much high?

Our price is not high, not low. We always try to make it reasonable. If you are comparing with any local ISP, we can not match the price as the quality of service is much different from local. The price depends on service quality. We are trying to give the best quality service at a reasonable price.

11. Is there any possibility to reduce the OTC price for home connection?

No, All price is fixed. But you can check our promotions regularly for a better offer.

12. Is there any possibility of paying the money after setting up the internet?

No, our billing is prepaid and automated. Without payment, we can not establish any new link due to our automated software technology.

13. How can I pay my bill?

We have multiple Payment options to Pay your bill. You can pay through our online self-care using bkash, Nagad, Credit, and debit cards or Cash on the branch. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and few other payment methods.
