Subscriber Identification

Subscribers must provide valid documentation to verify their identity, legal status, and business capacity. X-PRESS Technologies Limited reserves the right to verify this information and may temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate services if false information is provided. Subscribers must promptly notify us of any changes to their information; failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information marked as confidential. Confidential information may only be disclosed if it is already publicly available, was previously known without violation of this agreement, or is required by law.

Ownership

X-PRESS Technologies Limited retains exclusive ownership rights and jurisdiction over all connection equipment and infrastructure provided to subscribers.

Service Timeline

We strive to provide services within agreed timelines. In case of delays, we will notify subscribers as soon as reasonably practicable.

Contention Ratio

All internet packages operate with a 1:8 contention ratio policy, ensuring fair and efficient bandwidth distribution. For example, a 40 Mbps connection may deliver approximately 5 Mbps during peak sharing periods.

Unauthorized Sharing

Subscribers are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing their connection to third parties. Violations will result in immediate service termination and possible legal action.

Service Interruptions

X-PRESS Technologies Limited is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or external factors.

Payments

Payments are due by the date specified on invoices. Late payments may result in service disruption.

Data Privacy & Security

While we implement robust security measures, complete immunity from cyber threats cannot be guaranteed. Subscribers should install security software and practice safe browsing habits.

Technical Support

We provide technical support for our services. Support for third-party applications, devices, or software may incur additional charges.

Connection Fees

Connection fees vary by package, connection type, and location. Some packages may include downgrade fees. We reserve the right to modify fees and will provide details at subscription or upon inquiry.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Subscribers will be informed of changes, and continued service use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Limitation of Liability

X-PRESS Technologies Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from service use, even if advised of such possibility.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Bangladeshi law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
